The person Behind the Scenes: Get to know Tas!

At Majai Visuals, I specialize in portraits, branding, event photography, and most recently, intimate/micro weddings and elopements in Hamilton, Burlington, and the surrounding areas of Ontario. My goal is simple: to bring your vision to life through stunning, high-quality digital images that feel authentic, timeless, and uniquely yours.

Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, but it all started with landscapes. I’ve always been drawn to the beauty of the world around me—capturing vast mountains, golden sunsets, and the little details that make a place feel magical. Over time, I realized that the same storytelling and emotion I sought in nature could be found in people. That’s what led me to create Majai Visuals, where I now focus on capturing the essence of each person and their most meaningful moments.

You might be wondering—what does "Majai" mean? Well, it’s not just a word; it’s a piece of my heart. It's a combination of my parents' last names, a tribute to two of the most beautiful souls I know. My family means everything to me, and that deep love for connection and storytelling is at the core of what I do. Depending on the session, you may meet some of my family members (i.e. my sisters!), who sometimes join me in capturing your special day! I believe in preserving bonds, moments, and memories—because the fleeting, in-between moments often tell the most powerful stories.

Now, a little about me—I’m probably one of the goofiest people you’ll ever meet! I’m always cracking jokes and finding ways to make people laugh because I know how awkward being in front of a camera can feel. My job is to make sure you’re comfortable, confident, and genuinely having fun while we capture moments that feel true to you. So, trust the process—you won’t regret it!
